I had such a great experience the other day at this Smoothie King! Ash, the manager with the paw print tattoo, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful, and she took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. She made me feel welcomed and really took care of me. Her customer service was amazing, and she was genuinely such a pleasure to interact with. I really appreciate how kind and attentive she was!

Every time I come to this smoothie king they are extremely slow which makes the line take forever. They always get something wrong in my smoothie which makes me have to come back and get a new one. It’s the only one near me, and it’s extremely disappointing everytime. Staff looks like they don’t want to be there and have a bad attitude as if me ordering made their day worse. Edit: it’s been two months since I left this review. And nothing has changed. Three cars in the line and it took me 20 minutes to finally get to the speaker. And even when I got to the speaker it took them quite a while to take my order. Only reason I come to this one is cause it’s the only one closet to me. Hope they find new staff or figure out a better system. I shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes to order, and another 15 to get my smoothie. Also, the cashier had very unhygienic nails. Grossed me out, couldn’t even drink my drink. Wish I could put zero stars.

I love it here,my smoothies and avocado toast are always fresh and flavorful! The 32oz always keeps me full through the day! They are my go to! It's worth being late to work for lol!

Wow — what an awesome experience! Layla was an absolute rockstar! Even with a huge line, she kept everyone updated, smiling, and in great spirits. The whole team was crushing it — fast, friendly, and full of positive energy! You could feel the teamwork and pride as they served veterans, active duty, and their families. Every single person was welcoming and upbeat, even under pressure. This Smoothie King isn’t just good — it’s exceptional! Major shoutout to Layla and the crew for setting the bar high! 💪🇺🇸🥤🔥

This review is for the Smoothie king located at 2200 E Central Expy, the corner of W.S.Young, behind Shipley's Donuts in the same parking lot. I pulled up to drive through at 8:42pm, which No one acknowledged me after I repeatedly said hello and Although I arrived fairly close to the 9pm closing time, that does not justify the poor quality of service I received. I drove forward to the window at about 8:45pm and didn’t see anyone and as I drove off slowly confused, I observed an employee peeking from behind the register, presumably hiding as if I would drive away thinking that they were closed. I then parked my car and went inside to confirm if the hours had changed and just wasn’t updated online. Three workers emerged confirming that they were indeed still open and by the looks on their face, I knew my suspicions were correct. I get it, people want to get off work on time vs having to stay over for some last minute cleanup, however sometimes that’s apart of the job. Also, Service has been unpleasant lately and I’ve been patient knowing they are in the process of training new employees, however I frequent the establishment multiple times a week and the overall quality has severely d
